Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and serviceable areas of Pakistan through our logistics partner PostEx and other courier services where required.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–5 business days
• Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
• Promotional offers may include free shipping on selected products or order values.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Khareed.co offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across Pakistan. Customers are requested to pay the exact amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information may be provided via SMS, email, or WhatsApp where available.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or the delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned to us.

Inspection of Parcel

Customers are advised to inspect the parcel packaging upon receipt. Any visible damage should be reported immediately to the courier and to Khareed.co.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Khareed.co shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public holidays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Khareed.co is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
